Ingredients
1 lbs. fresh ground beef
8 oz can of V8
1 (29 oz.) can tomato puree or sauce
1 medium onion (1 1/2 c.), chopped
1/4 C. green pepper, diced
1/4 to 1/2 C. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Cooking Instructions
1. Brown the beef.
2. Drain the beef and combine all ingredients.
3. Cover and simmer for at least 2 hours.
